James Waghorne is the coordinator of the Australian Centre's Cultural Awards, as well as the administrator of the History of the University Unit and its oral history project. He completed his PhD in 2007, writing a narrative history of the Australian Council for Civil Liberties. He is currently working with Professor Stuart Macintyre on a history of the Council for Civil Liberties in Victoria.
